Good to know

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like. You keep your lessons until the end of the period you paid for, and we won't charge you again.

Does it work on a phone, tablet and laptop?

Yes, on all three. On a phone it works upright or sideways. Sound is optional, and there is nothing to install.

What ages is it for?

Children aged 7 to 9, with a grown-up nearby. Younger siblings can join in with help.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email us within 7 days of your payment and we will refund it in full. Details are in our terms.

What does the Founding Family price mean?

The first 100 families pay the lower yearly price, and that price stays the same for as long as they stay subscribed, even as we add lessons.

Who handles my payment?

Payhip. It takes your payment on its own secure page, so we never see or store your card details.
